Dominique Oneil is a San Francisco based film programmer with a focus on queer film and US indies. They've contributed to the programming at Palm Springs ShortFest, Frameline and the Mill Valley Film Festival, and worked in various capacities at Sundance Film Festival, SFFILM, and SIFF. Dominique served on the 2022 Slamdance Shorts Jury and was a Fellow of the 2021 Film Festival Alliance + Full Spectrum Features Leadership Lab.
In 2019, Dominique founded On the Edge Cinema, an ongoing film series at the historic Roxie in SF. Before the COVID-19 pandemic shut everything down, On the Edge Cinema had a small but cute run of screenings directed by women and folks pushed to the margins of filmmaking.
Besides moving film, Dominique is also interested in 35mm still photography, the distinct aesthetic of VHS camcorders, and fan theories about 'Yellowjackets.'
